Both clients have secured recognition across the SCEPTRE Awards, SOLAL Awards and The Revo’s in 2026.

Destination marketing agency OnBrand is celebrating further industry recognition for Westfield London and Eden High Wycombe, with both clients shortlisted for The Revo’s 2026 following their recent SCEPTRE Award wins.

Westfield London’s Sounds Like Westfield, designed and delivered in-house by OnBrand, is shortlisted in the Prop Tech category. Eden High Wycombe is shortlisted for Centre Management Team of the Year (Commercial Success), recognising the achievements of the team behind the destination.

The announcement means both clients have featured on the shortlists of three of the retail destination industry’s leading awards programmes this year: the SCEPTRE Awards, SOLAL Awards and The Revo’s. It follows Westfield London’s SCEPTRE win for Innovation of the Year and Eden’s success in Community Initiative of the Year – South, the centre’s first-ever SCEPTRE Award.

OnBrand’s Destination Marketing team brings extensive experience in developing complex award submissions, from interpreting category criteria and gathering supporting evidence to turning campaign results and team achievements into clear, compelling entries. The breadth of client shortlists this year reflects both the quality of the work being recognised and the team’s ability to communicate its impact to judging panels.

Sounds Like Westfield brings together OnBrand’s creative, digital and Centre Radio expertise to give shoppers a say in the music they hear. Combining a touchscreen installation with a mobile-friendly website, the initiative transformed an unused retail unit into an interactive experience, connecting the centre’s physical environment with digital participation.

Matt Coppins of Westfield London said:

“Sounds Like Westfield started with a simple ambition: to give our customers more involvement in the atmosphere of the centre. Working with OnBrand, we have turned that idea into an experience that invites people to take part and makes music a more distinctive part of their visit.

Winning at the SCEPTRE Awards was a proud moment for everyone involved. To now be shortlisted at The Revo’s, alongside our SOLAL shortlisting, is further recognition of the creativity and collaboration behind the project.”

At Eden, the Revo shortlisting recognises the centre management team’s wider achievements, following a SCEPTRE win for its Silver Series. The programme brings older adults together through free social activities, helping address loneliness and isolation while strengthening connections with the centre and its retailers.

As Eden’s marketing partner, OnBrand works alongside the centre team and has supported award submissions showcasing its work and achievements.

Claire White, Account Director and Head of Destination Marketing at OnBrand, said:

“Eden’s recognition is a credit to a team that understands its community and works hard to make the centre a place people feel part of. The Silver Series is a powerful example of that commitment, while the Revo shortlisting celebrates the wider team effort behind the destination.

We’re proud to help our clients earn recognition for the work they do. A strong award submission requires a clear understanding of the judging criteria, robust evidence and a compelling account of what has been achieved. Our team brings those elements together, working closely with clients to ensure their achievements are presented with clarity and credibility. Seeing Eden and Westfield shortlisted across three leading industry awards programmes makes this a particularly rewarding year.”

Daniel Graham, Managing Director of OnBrand, added:

“These achievements belong to the client teams and the people who make the work happen. We’re delighted to have played a part in their success and to see both destinations recognised again after their SCEPTRE wins.

For OnBrand, the ambition is always to create something valuable for the destination and the people who visit it. Whether that means developing technology that gives shoppers a voice or helping a centre build stronger community connections, it starts with understanding what matters to its audience. That is the thinking we bring to every client partnership.”

The recognition follows OnBrand’s recently reported 75% growth in its destination marketing client portfolio over six months, alongside investment in its specialist team. Led by Claire White, the division combines extensive sector experience with the agency’s wider creative, digital, content and PR capabilities.

OnBrand works with shopping centres, retail parks, leisure destinations and visitor attractions, combining strategy, creative, digital marketing, content, events, PR and audio expertise to help destinations attract visitors and build lasting relationships with their audiences.
