OnBrand has announced a significant expansion of its specialist Destination Marketing division following the appointment of two experienced marketing professionals during Q2 2026, reinforcing the agency’s long-term commitment to delivering industry-leading marketing strategies for shopping centres, retail parks, leisure schemes and mixed-use destinations across the UK.
The appointments form part of OnBrand’s wider growth strategy for 2026 and represent a major milestone that has been achieved ahead of schedule, reflecting increasing demand for specialist destination marketing expertise.
The newly expanded team combines strategic destination marketing, creative campaign development and digital-first content creation, enabling OnBrand to deliver even greater value for clients through fully integrated marketing programmes designed to drive footfall, increase dwell time, strengthen community engagement and support commercial performance.
Investing in Destination Marketing
Leading the division is Account Director Claire White, who has specialised in destination marketing agency-side since 2009.
Having delivered marketing strategies across the UK and Europe for a diverse range of destinations, Claire brings extensive experience in understanding the unique challenges faced by retail and leisure destinations, from evolving consumer behaviours and changing economic conditions to differing audience demographics, asset objectives and local communities.
Claire said:
“Destination marketing is unlike any other sector. Every location has its own identity, customer profile, commercial objectives and challenges, which means no two strategies should ever look the same.
Our continued investment in specialist talent allows us to deliver even more creative, agile and measurable campaigns that genuinely support our clients’ ambitions. We’re incredibly proud of the growth we’ve achieved so far this year, particularly as we’re ahead of our planned recruitment schedule, and we’re excited about what this means for both our existing and future clients.”
Welcoming New Specialist Talent
Joining the team as Destination Marketing Manager, Ciara O’Brien brings a strong background in leisure marketing, campaign delivery and visitor engagement.
With a passion for creating memorable experiences, Ciara specialises in developing footfall-driving campaigns, innovative events and community-focused initiatives that encourage repeat visits while strengthening the connection between destinations and their local audiences.
Her experience further strengthens OnBrand’s ability to deliver bespoke marketing strategies that combine creativity with measurable commercial outcomes.
Also joining the division is Holly Davidge, who takes on the role of Digital Content Creator.
With more than three years’ experience creating short-form video content specifically for shopping centres and destinations, Holly has demonstrated the growing impact that engaging, authentic content can have on a destination’s online presence.
As platforms such as Instagram and TikTok continue to shape how consumers discover places to visit, Holly’s expertise will enable clients to showcase their destinations through engaging video storytelling designed to increase visibility, engagement and ultimately encourage more visitors through the doors.
Continuing to Invest in Specialist Expertise
The expansion reflects OnBrand’s continued investment in specialist teams across the business. In the last 18 months, OnBrand’s team has evolved from eight to eighteen specialists covering everything from
Account Management, Graphic Design, Software Development, Strategy, Digital Advertising and everything in between.
While destination marketing remains one of the agency’s core areas of expertise, OnBrand also supports organisations across sectors including property, construction, finance, healthcare and professional services, delivering tailored marketing strategies that align with each client’s objectives and audience.
By continuing to invest in dedicated specialists, OnBrand ensures every client benefits from sector-specific knowledge combined with the support of a full-service marketing agency.
