Westfield London recognised for OnBrand’s in-house innovation, while Eden High Wycombe secures its first-ever SCEPTRE Award

Destination marketing agency OnBrand is celebrating two client wins at the SCEPTRE Awards 2026, held at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London on Wednesday 30th September. The evening also marked the agency’s first year supporting the event as a category sponsor.

Westfield London won Innovation of the Year for Sounds Like Westfield, a customer engagement and visual transformation initiative designed and delivered in-house by OnBrand. Meanwhile, Eden High Wycombe won Community Initiative of the Year – South for its Silver Series, securing the centre’s first-ever SCEPTRE Award.

Combining creative design, digital technology and OnBrand’s Centre Radio expertise, Sounds Like Westfield transformed an unused retail unit into an interactive music experience. Through a touchscreen installation and supporting mobile-friendly website, visitors could vote for the tracks they wanted to hear, turning background music into an opportunity for active customer participation. The initiative brought together the visual transformation of underused space with a new way for shoppers to engage with the destination.

Eden’s Silver Series was recognised for bringing older adults together through free social activities designed to help address loneliness and social isolation. Working with the centre’s retailers, the programme offers experiences including coffee mornings, creative workshops and cinema screenings, creating opportunities for participants to meet new people and enjoy the centre in a welcoming, social setting.

Daniel Graham, Managing Director at OnBrand, said:

“Celebrating two client wins made our first year back as a SCEPTRE Awards sponsor particularly special. Congratulations to the teams at Westfield London and Eden on this well-deserved recognition.

Sounds Like Westfield demonstrates the strength of bringing creative thinking, technology and delivery together in-house. We took an existing part of the shopping experience and found a new way for customers to interact with it, while transforming the space around them.

To see that work recognised alongside Eden’s first SCEPTRE Award is a fantastic moment. These initiatives take different approaches, but both show the value of understanding your audience and giving people meaningful reasons to engage with a destination.”

Rebecca Gomme, Marketing Manager at Eden High Wycombe, said:

“Winning Eden’s first SCEPTRE Award is a wonderful milestone for our team, and receiving it for the Silver Series makes it even more meaningful. The programme is about creating opportunities for older members of our community to come together, enjoy new experiences and feel connected.

This recognition belongs to everyone who helps make the Silver Series possible, from our centre team and participating retailers to the people who join us. It reflects the important role shopping centres can play in their communities, and sharing the occasion with OnBrand made the evening even more special.”

OnBrand sponsored the Retail Liaison Award, with Daniel Graham presenting the award on the night. The category recognises excellence in shopping centre liaison, reflecting the importance of strong working relationships between destination teams and their retailers.

The agency also hosted a table at the event, welcoming clients from Eden, Savills and Pavilions Shopping Centre, to celebrate the achievements of colleagues and teams across the sector.
