Quantum Care

54% more position-one keywords through strategic SEO

About Quantum Care

Quantum Care, a leading residential care provider, operates residential, dementia, nursing and respite care homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex.

Following an SEO-led website strategy, OnBrand reviewed the organisation’s organic search performance to understand how rankings and commercially important visibility had changed between 2024 and July 2026.

The results showed substantial growth across position-one, top-three and first-page keywords.

The Challenge.

Quantum Care already performed well for several individual care-home and town-based searches.

However, visibility was less consistent across broader searches relating to counties, care types and local services – including dementia care, nursing care and respite care.

The opportunity was to strengthen rankings for searches most likely to influence enquiries, visits and care-home selection.

Our Approach

We began by auditing Quantum Care’s organic search performance and quickly identified opportunities to strengthen keyword targeting, page structure and local visibility.

Local SEO

Location-led optimisation strengthened the connection between individual care homes and the towns, counties and communities they serve.

Care-Home Page Optimisation

Care-home pages were reviewed and refined around the services, facilities and care types most relevant to prospective residents and their families.

Metadata optimisation

Page titles, headings and metadata were improved to provide clearer signals about each page’s subject, location and search intent.

Internal Linking

Internal linking was strengthened to help users and search engines move more naturally between locations, care types and individual homes.

Website Structure and Keyword Targeting

The wider website structure and keyword targeting were refined to support both local searches and commercially important service-led terms.

July 2026 Results.

Ranking Movement.

Among the 259 keywords appearing in both reports:

  • 158 improved
  • 80 remained stable
  • 21 declined

For this matched group, the average ranking position improved from 21.2 to 10.3.

Stronger Commercial Visibility.

The most commercially important growth came from service and care-related searches.

  • Top-three service and care rankings increased from 48 to 107
  • Top-ten service and care rankings increased from 96 to 167
  • Top-ten dementia-related rankings increased from zero to eight

Stronger Commercial Visibility.

New position-one rankings included:

  • Care homes: Hatfield, Hoddesdon, Stevenage and Royston
  • Dementia care homes: Hoddesdon and St Albans
  • Respite care: St Albans

The Impact.

Quantum Care now appears more prominently for the searches most relevant to prospective residents and their families.

Stronger visibility across local areas, care types and individual homes has created a better platform for sustained organic traffic, enquiries and care-home visits.
