About the Role

We’re a thriving creative marketing agency based in St Albans, looking for a talented and driven Content Executive to join our growing team.

This mid-weight role calls for a hands-on content specialist with a strong understanding of social media best practices, a creative flair, and the ability to produce engaging, impactful content that resonates with audiences. Key Responsibilities 

Content Creation

  • Plan, shoot and edit high-quality multimedia content, including Reels, TikToks, carousels, imagery etc
  • Prepare, manage and deliver several client email newsletters (Mailchimp).
  • Design creative assets using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite a bonus).
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy tailored to different platforms and audiences.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and schedule organic content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond according to SLA’s and engage positively.
  • Support paid social campaigns with creative content delivery and optimisation.

Content Strategy & Reporting

  • Help develop and deliver content calendars that align with company and client goals.
  • Analyse performance data and identify ways to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign concepts, brand storytelling and digital projects.

About You

Experience & Skills

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a content creation, social media or digital marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends – especially TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable using Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Analytics (Adobe tools a plus).
  • Confident with short-form video creation and editing.
  • Understanding of branding, layout, typography and tone of voice.
  • Experience with Asana and similar work/task management software
  • Good time management and strong work ethic.
