OnBrand is looking for a commercially minded and experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Client Growth Manager to join our growing team and lead digital marketing activity across a diverse portfolio of ambitious clients.

 

Role Summary

This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on developing and delivering integrated digital strategies across paid media, SEO and content — with a clear focus on driving measurable results including lead generation, conversion growth and return on investment.

Working closely with our Head of Marketing Strategy, you will take ownership of campaign performance, strategic direction and client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to unlock further growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on campaign execution with strategic thinking, and is looking to step into a more senior, commercially driven position with real influence over client success and agency growth.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Delivery

  • Develop and lead digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and commercial goals
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across paid media, SEO and content
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion rates and ROI
  • Continuously optimise campaigns using data, testing and performance insights

Paid Media (PPC)

  • Manage and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Oversee campaign setup, optimisation and performance improvements
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and A/B testing
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on ad spend
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and performance measurement

SEO, Content & Emerging Search

  • Support and contribute to SEO strategies that improve organic visibility
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research to inform strategy
  • Collaborate on content strategies that support search and conversion
  • Optimise content for evolving search behaviours, including generative search and AI-driven discovery 

Client Management

  • Act as the day-to-day strategic lead for selected client accounts
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results
  • Present performance insights, strategic recommendations and growth opportunities
  • Proactively identify ways to improve performance and expand client accounts

Campaign & Project Management

  • Lead campaigns from planning through to execution and delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams including design, development and content
  • Ensure all work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard

Performance Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyse performance across multiple digital channels
  • Produce clear, insight-led reports and recommendations
  • Translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Track and improve key metrics including lead generation, CPA, conversion rates and ROAS

 

Skills & Experience 

Essential

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of digital strategy across paid media, SEO and content
  • Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in client-facing environments

Desired

  • Experience using platforms such as GA4, WordPress and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush)
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience working across multiple sectors or industries
  • Understanding of emerging search technologies and AI-driven marketing
