The brief.

Comms Connect, a boutique telecommunications company known for its exceptional customer service, required a complete visual refresh to support its dual-platform growth strategy. The objective was two-fold:

  1. Website Revitalisation: Provide high-quality imagery and video for their new, OnBrand-built website to improve user engagement and dwell time.
  2. PPC Performance: Generate a suite of high-intent video assets for upcoming Google and Meta campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead capture.

The core challenge was to showcase their technical products while highlighting their biggest USP: the people and the “boutique” level of service that sets them apart from faceless corporate competitors.

Our Process

    • Staff Interviews: Scripted to extract authentic stories that highlight their highly-rated customer service.
    • Product & Office BTS: Capturing the “behind the scenes” environment to build trust with prospective leads.
    • Professional Headshots: Ensuring a cohesive, premium look across the new site.
  • Video-First Delivery: Recognising the “main character energy” required in today’s digital landscape, we prioritised short-form video assets designed to communicate USPs in under 15 seconds, perfect for high-conversion social ads.
