Hello go-getter! OnBrand is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Events Manager ready to dive into the world of shopping centre clients. If you’re a proactive individual with a flair for marketing and a passion for creating unforgettable events, keep reading!

The Gig: As our Marketing & Events Manager, you’ll be the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating all aspects of marketing for 5+ shopping centres. From crafting engaging social media content to planning and executing events that captivate audiences and boost footfall, your role will be diverse and exciting.

Your Playground:

  • Dive into the world of marketing and account management for multiple shopping centres.
  • Embark on regular site visits to engage with clients and their tenants one-on-one.
  • Craft, create, and upload monthly social media calendars, managing both paid and organic media.
  • Brief and, at times, get hands-on in creating content (Canva) for banners, promotions, and ad sets.
  • Deliver regular monthly and quarterly reports on all your marketing activities.
  • Be the guardian of marketing and events budgets.
  • Bring events and competitions to life, from concept to delivery, occasionally embracing seasonal weekend work (4/5 times a year).
  • Curate and deliver eye-catching email newsletters (Mailchimp) for shopping centre tenants and shoppers.
  • Keep client websites and social media banners up-to-date and fabulous.

Your Basecamp:

  • The role is office-based in St Albans, but we offer flexibility with the option for 1 day per week of remote work, especially when you’re out mingling with clients. (All clients within 1hr 30 minute radius)
