A results-oriented digital marketing specialist brings to the table over nine years of comprehensive experience in driving high-impact marketing strategies. The main areas of expertise include SEO, SEM, social media marketing (SMM), pay-per-Click (PPC), and influencer marketing. When I am not at work, I always enjoy playing online FPS games.
What is your current role, and what does your day-to-day look like?
I’m a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on performance-driven strategies. My day usually revolves around analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ad spend across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, refining SEO content strategies, and collaborating with influencers for brand partnerships. It’s a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment which is exactly what I thrive in.
How did you get into this line of work? What drew you to this industry?
I’ve always been fascinated by how data and creativity intersect. Digital marketing offered the perfect blend of both. Early in my career, I realized I had a knack for finding growth opportunities others missed whether through SEO tweaks or better-targeted ad copy and it just evolved from there.
If you had to work with one industry, what would it be?
E-commerce or gaming. E-commerce moves fast and offers so many levers to pull for ROI. But the gaming industry is a personal passion especially since I enjoy FPS games outside of work. Helping gaming brands grow would be a dream combo of work and play.
What skills, tools, or platforms do you use most in your work?
I work daily with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and HubSpot. I’m also hands-on with tools for A/B testing, social scheduling, and CRM integrations. Paid media and SEO tools are pretty much my command center.
Have you received any relevant certifications or training?
Yes I’m certified in Google Ads (Search, Display, and Shopping,), HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Meta Blueprint and Apple search ads. I also frequently upskill with courses on platforms like Coursera and LinkedIn Learning to stay ahead of trends.
What’s one professional achievement you’re especially proud of?
I led a multi-channel digital campaign that increased lead generation by 200% in six months for a mid-sized SaaS brand. It involved reworking the PPC strategy, optimizing SEO content, and building out influencer partnerships truly a full-funnel win.
What trends or topics in your area of work do you follow most closely?
AI in digital marketing, performance attribution modeling, zero-click search evolution, and the future of cookieless tracking. I’m also paying close attention to how influencer marketing is shifting toward long-term partnerships and micro-influencer strategies.
What do you enjoy most about working at OnBrand?
The team culture and shared obsession with measurable results. We move fast, support innovation, and celebrate both big wins and smart failures. It’s energising to be surrounded by people who push you to level up every day.
What’s something people might not expect from your background or personality?
Despite being in a data-heavy field, I’m surprisingly competitive probably thanks to all the hours I’ve spent playing FPS games. That mindset translates well into marketing where quick thinking and precision often lead to wins.
Favourite book, podcast, or piece of media that’s influenced you recently?
“Contagious: How to Build Word of Mouth in the Digital Age” by Jonah Berger. It’s a masterclass on why things catch on super useful when working on viral or influencer-driven campaigns. Podcast-wise, I’ve been into Marketing Against the Grain lately.
What advice would you give someone starting out in your field?
Start hands-on. Run your own blog or small campaigns to understand real-world performance. Learn the platforms inside out and never stop testing. The tools change, but a data-driven mindset and curiosity will always be your biggest assets.
