Commercial Property Consultants David Charles approached OnBrand to build them a new website and improve their SEO.
Their existing website had become outdated aesthetically and functionally.
The brief was to develop a bespoke website that served core parts of the business including; commercial property listings, commercial property management and consultancy.
Designed wireframes to improve the user journey of the new website. Once wireframes were signed off we moved to design phase. A number of core pages were designed visually to give modernise the whole look and feel.
The website was built bespoke and of course had a number of specific requirements including a client portal and integration with their property listing platform.
Strategy & Requirements: Ran a strategy workshop to onboard our client and determine their core business objectives and website requirements, things like; how many pages, how many redirects, how many plugs-ins, site architecture, features, functionality and so on
Audit: Conducted an audit of their current SEO and rankings and website activity including extracting data on visitors, behaviour, dwell time, demographics, traffic.
Keyword research, analysis and mapping to produce a structure and plan of what pages of the website should be optimised and for what keyword (this was decided upon based on a number of key factors including existing ranking, keyword difficulty, keyword intent and so on)
We defined primary (and in some instances secondary keywords) for 7 service pages, the homepage, & about us page.
Copywriting. We wrote optimised content for a selection of website pages.
