Following a series of exciting new client appointments across property, finance, destinations and retail, OnBrand is experiencing its most significant period of growth to date, with a clear ambition to more than double turnover in 2026.

 

Doubling the team in under a year

 

To support this momentum, we’ve expanded our team from eight to sixteen in less than 12 months, welcoming a range of talented strategists, creatives and marketing specialists who share our passion for impactful, results-driven work.

This growth hasn’t been about scale for scale’s sake. It’s about building the right team — one that combines experience, fresh thinking and a genuine understanding of how brands, places and destinations connect with audiences today.

 

Investing in technology — without losing the human touch

 

As demand for smarter, faster and more effective marketing continues to grow, we’re also investing heavily in new technology, including AI-powered tools that enhance insight, strategy, content creation and campaign performance.

These tools are being carefully integrated across our workflows to ensure our clients benefit from innovation — while still receiving the strategic thinking, creativity and personal service that sit at the heart of OnBrand.

From property and finance clients to destinations and shopping centres and everything in between, this investment enables us to deliver more informed, agile and impactful campaigns across an increasingly diverse portfolio.

 

Strengthening expertise with senior hires

 

A key part of our growth has been bringing senior experience into the business. One of our most recent appointments is Claire White, Account Director, who joined OnBrand in December with 16 years’ experience in destination marketing.
